• All kinds from pop to dance, country, salsa and hip hop

  • It will be workout there’s no doubt about that but you can shape it to your level of fitness. Pulse coaches are trained to provide alternatives to those who simply can’t perform the various routines. What matters is that you at least try and have some fun while doing your best.

  • Only if you want to. The music is the fuel for our routines and our coaches will most likely dance a bit but you can have fun your way. This is not a dance class - we exercise at Pulse.

  • Ah…. Yes, yes you will but it will be worth it, we promise.

  • Most likely, yes. It’s the music that fuels Pulse and you will need all the fuel you can get in our class.

  • As long as others around you don’t mind, absolutely. The class won’t stop for you to set up so we urge you to be quick and by all means make it fun.

  • Very little jumping and even that can be substituted with a low impact exercise. Pulse concentration is the core and stamina as opposed to jumping which can hurt your joints.

  • Absolutely you can Pulse. Your workout may be a bit less strenuous as to avoid injury but you can certainly start your journey to get fit with Pulse.

  • During the first Pulse classes, you may be sore as your body and muscles get accustomed to the workout. This applies to all new physical activity programs that you may start. Our bodies simply need time to get used to working out. This is normal and expected.
