All Pulse Cardio instructors must complete official Pulse Cardio certification before teaching our class format. In addition, all instructors must hold current CPR certification. Training is offered either in person or via live virtual instruction and is completed in one 8-hour session. To pursue instructor certification, please provide the information requested below and we will be in touch shortly. Gyms interested in bringing Pulse Cardio to their members are welcome to contact us to get started.
